Lesser Skills
Deep Freeze
All Cryo's will have the ability to fully engolf their body into icey plasma without causing harm to themselves at any point in time. How long they can keep this up for and how much control they have over the ice depends on their strength, although they can't hurt themselves the ice can go out of control and attack anyone within range of the ice. Also the tempeture of the ice will depend on the strength of the Cryo and the control they have.
Icey Fist
The ability to project ice from one's hands and feet when punching or kicking. this doesn't keep the hands or feet fully covered in ice, it allows them to freeze on impact causing much more damage and freezing the vitcim (causing hypothermia if necessary). The strength and level of cold from this attack depends on the strength and control of the user.
Mist
Cryo's have the ability to lower his or her external and internal body temperature, projecting intense coldness from their body, which can be used to create a mist/fog that can blind and distract opponents and allow the Cryo to escape from any sticky situation. This is not a physical attack, typically it is meant to be used for escape.
Immunity
Immunity to the effects of ice, cold, frost, and polar radiation. Able to survive in the coldest of environments comfortably, as well as immunity to the effects of frostbite, drowning, etc and unable to be frozen, become cold from temperature, etc. This is a very rare skill and takes years of control to master.
Moderate Skills

Transform
The ability to transform and convert portions of or all of one's body into pure icey plasma at will, enabling one to gain all of the properties of ice, including freezing by touch, duplicating, spreading out, exploding, blending and molding with normal ice to increase one's capabilities, heal oneself, become intangible, become practically invisible by blending in with ice, etc. They are also able to alter one's size, shape, intensity, density, and temperature at will. Level of power depends on the user.
Frost Manipulation
Cryo's can use this ability to freeze any local air moisture into super-hard ice. This ice can be formed into any object of his or her choosing: the only limitations are their own imagination, their skill as a sculptor, the amount of available moisture, and the ambient air temperature which determines how long his ice sculpture will stay icy. He or she does not have to hold the ice physically with their hands in order to shape it. Apparently they can simply direct the waves of coldness they project in certain ways so as to create ice in the shape they desire.
Frost Nova
The Cryo has the ability to create a ring of freezing vapors that forms 10 feet away from them in all directions and blasts outward to a radius of 20 feet. Each creature within the affected area will take significant cold damage and will be thrown through the air by the massive blast the ring projects.
Blizzard
This ability allows the user to summon storms of ice, project, breathe, and exhale ice, or jets of ice at one's will, and projects freezing ice from the eyes. The skill is highly dangerous and requires amazing control, if the user loses control the storms will fail and the ice that they have built up inside of them could possibly explode or simply die down.
Strong Moderate Skills

Manipulate
The ability to telekinetically manipulate and control any type of ice, even ones one did not manufacture. One usually possesses complete control over the size, intensity, temperature, and shape of the ice at will. One can animate ice to do one's bidding, melt/extinguish any amount of unwanted ice within one's vicinity, or amplify said ice to the degree of an immeasurable ice-storm. This skill can only be used against another Cyro if they are weaker by a decent amount, if the Cryo is stronger it will have no effect what so ever.
Icey Sense
This allows Cyro's to feel the presences of ice and great amounts of cold, they can even feel the presences of another Cyro and in some cases tell how strong they are. All Strong Moderates will have this ability to some degree.
Cauterize
This allows a Cryo to use ice to heal themselves or another, this requires amazing control of the frost, if the cold is too much it will do more damage than good, very few Cryo reach a level where they are comfortable enough to try and heal another with ice.
Ice Blast
A small shard of ice flies from the fingertips to any creature in range. The level of cold damage and size of the blast depends on the level of the Cyro.
Master Skills (Masters Have All the Above Skills)
Ice Walk
The Cryo is able to form a rising column of ice beneath his or her feet, capable of lifting them off the ground. The tensile strength of the column is determined by its thickness, and its steadiness by how well it has been braced. A well-braced and regular column, 6 feet in diameter at its base, is able to support his or her weight without toppling for about 85 feet in a 20-mile per hour wind. By forming long ice-ramps connected either to his or her ice-column or to an existing structure like a building or a bridge, the Cryo is able to travel above the ground by sliding down the ramp he or she is creating. Unless he or she creates supports periodically, the ramp will crack beneath them, unable to support their combined weight.
Polar Burst
The ability to generate ice, frost, and temperatures which can reach about -1,000,000 degrees Fahrenheit at maximum level, sometimes called a "Polar Burst". Also able to control it enough to where one person feels like they've been in an air conditioned cold room all day while another becomes completely frozen. This is a rare and dangerous power that any master would only use in the most dier of situations.
Absorb
The ability to augment one's physical capabilities and powers to greater levels by absorbing any ice, frost, cold, water, or polar energy from his immediate environment/vicinity. All Master will have this power to a degree.
Water Mastery
The ability to turn water into ice and manipulate the ice and water to their will.
Icey Transformation
The ability to turn oneself into an icey slush, not quite melted ice, but also very small icey particles, allowing the Cyro to slide under, through (doors, cracks, etc.), and over objects at ease.
