Histoy:
Chris was born prematurely. That was just the start of being a pain in the ass. He lived a mostly normal life. His dad was a cop, his mom a elementray school teacher, his older sister a nagging whiner. Normal family, you'd think, right? But when his Grandmother died, at the ripe old age of 67, a surprise happened when in his grief he tapped into his unknown powers and had her knocking at the door late at night. His mother had a heartattack, his father nearly died, and his sister screamed.
However, he seemed to be the only one calm and who leap to the Grandma zombie with no issue at all, even the dirt clinging to her didnt bother him. He, unknowningly at the time, sensed his own power in her. Thats when they found out, his mother wasnt as dull as he always thought.
She had some power in her family line... power that lead into what most call the Dark Arts. She knew as soon as she saw her mother-in-law and Chris jump against her crying in joy at seeing her, that he had powers. And he was stronger than she or anyone she knows... beyond one person. Her father.
Grandpa Joe came over the next day, and helped Chris put her back down. But... what happened would scar the family for some time. Grandpa Joe had decided Chris needed to be trained, even at the age of six, it was early to be raising dead fresh from the grave. But then, he also knew emontional states can enhance things. Chris didnt even know he did it. He didnt understand.. until a couple years later, when the family pet died.
The dog, Tink, was more his pet than anyone. When they had found her dead in the yard, Chris had been devasted. His mother called Grandpa Joe up again, just in case, and lo and behold, the next morning the dog was there, wagging her tail.
This couldnt go on. Chris being 11 now, Joe took him under is wing. He was as strong as he was.. or stronger. Joe couldnt tell yet, with Chris being still new to this whole deal.
Since he was 11 years old, Chris was tutored, trained, helped to control his necromancy. Taught the good side of it, taught the rules, taught the exceptions... and taught the bad of it. His father wasnt to keen on the whole deal, and rather like to pretend it didnt happen.
But the true test of Chris's strength came. His father was killed in the line of duty. A bank robbery. The robbers were caught and jailed, but it didnt earse that his dad was dead.
His mother -begged- Chris to bring him back, so they could say good bye. Tears in her eyes, in everyones eyes, Chris refused. Even though he was broken at the moment, his dad was dead.
He was 15 when it happened. He never raised his father back. Accidentally or otherwise. Which was a good sign, considering that death affected him the rest of his life.
When he graduated, he became a cop himself. He worked hard, and kept his secert as hard as he can of what he was. He didnt want to be judged by that especially with all this hate of anything not human.
He worked at the Police Force, scaling through, eventually made it to the FBI. It was early too. He was in the FBI before after his personal life started to affect his work life. He was put on a leave of absence.
His girlfriend at the time was part of Humans First, had his kid, lost his kid, had another kid, gave that kid away, they were fighting, he loved her. I mean, this was the one girl he truely was insane for, but they just had personalities that battled each other.
She left. That tore him up. She disappered, again, a second time, I think, and he was battling his rage. And his alcholism. It was Asher's fault. Mmmhmm. But...He continued on, after a couple years he retired from them. He was young to start with.
He had money, he did have a night business with his zombie raisings after all. He had to, or other people would be noticing zombies walking the streets.
He moved around alot. Currently having his own company with raising zombies for various reason was going strong. In a few states it was too, select animators and necromancers doing it. He had money, he had time.. now he just had to get over himself other ways.
